Move back to the diamond.

sign Sanchez, Kovacic, Gueye, Sakho

-----------Sanchez-------Higuain---------
--------------------Dybala-----------------
-------------kovacic------Gueye----------
---------------------Pjanic-----------------
-Sandro----Bonucci-----Sakho-----Alves
--------------------Buffon-----------------

Wish we could get a more dynamic striker but after getting Higuain for a mini fortune, we're stuck with him.
sakho? are you for real? there is a reason why he played for relegation threatened crystal palace last season

I see many people making the Bayern comparison with respect to losing a no.of finals and then finally winning it.

When they collapsed against Chelsea, what did they do in the summer ? They kept all their best players, brought some good depth options and the icing on their cake was spending €40M on a DM in 2012. That's like spending €100M on an attacker today. I would argue that if not for the Martinez' signing, they wouldn't have won the CL. He was one of the best mids in Europe that year.

Same way, had we kept Pogba for atleast another year and bought Higuaín, I have no doubt in my mind that we would've won the CL this year.

Now I don't want another situation where we sell Dybala, bring someone like Sanchez and once again rue about not getting over the line because we sold yet another top player.

Now we don't need a blitzkrieg mercato like City or something. But one top player in midfield and some quality signings to reinforce our depth areas would go a long way towards having a shot at winning CL next year.
Agree. We need a world class DM and RW. And then depth options in attack

Verratti: “We all watched the match between Juve and Real together, we’re sorry for our teammates :klin: but they must be proud of what they’ve achieved and from here, they have to start again,” the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder told Rai Sport.

“We’ll try to give them a hand when they join up with the national team and support them.
