Similar thing possibly with Keita. We would take him for free but maybe we don't really want him. But since he thinks we're in on him, he's refusing everyone else and Lazio can't cash in. Now the window will close and they are fucked.

Also how we feign interest in Cancelo and Moussa Sissoko so Inter chases. Well, they've been chasing our targets for ages. I suspect a lot more of the mercato is misdirection than we think.

I think the management are at a point now, where they are not really desperate for any new deals. They are happy with the squad as is. However, if reports are any guide, it seems we are still seeing if we can get Strootman. This may be we are worried about how many games players like Marchisio and Khedira can play this season and Sturaro is sub optimal. Perhaps after Roma are going to end up paying over 40m for Schick they may be open to selling Strootman - who knows.

If not, squad as is I think.

Does anyone think the Schick deal was a ploy by both us and Samp to keep him from going to another team for the buyout number? Maybe we never wanted him and we tied things up just to make them pay an extra 10 mil. I could see it.
Lol, we would be slithering, evil and manipulative cunt$ if that theory is to be believed, and i really hope it is

Best transfers this mercato all around? Whats your picks?

Def: Kolasinac ( free to Arsenal) Howedes potentially if he still is as good as he was a couple of years ago.

Mid: Matic ( what Man U lacked The last years, a stabilizing mid that can free up their offensive players)

Attack : Neymar ( a ridicolous deal for a ridicolous player )

Coach: Spalletti to inter (might turn them from absolute cr@p into a decent team, However, we will still beat them)

GDS: Liverpool buy Keita, Renato sanchez in liverpool could help juve for Emre Can in these ultimate days.
+ i see liverpool-Arsenal match and emre can played very well...
CDS: Juve wants Gomes just for a loan transfer, but Dream of these days for juve is Strootman

I don't see how Naby Keita's deal would immediately affect Emre to us, he won't be joining Liverpool until the summer of 2018 (on loan at RB Leipzig for this season).

he's off to a strong start, scored 2 goals in 2 league games and looks like he'll definitely be a starter for Everton, cost them nothing. could turn out to be a very good move for them.
don't see a bargain in getting a hasbeen on a 150k pounds week salary
2 goals in 2 games is impressive indeed, frontrunner for a topscorer

depends on the type of hasbeen. Rooney was a WC striker once and is 31yo, in my book that's the type of hasbeen worth trying to bring back to life. Juve fans should know that having witnessed Pirlo and Tevez coming back from dead. anyways, this is all "could be, should be" talk, lets see how he turns out and then talk if me mentioning Rooney as a bargain was funny or not.

Meh, there are many washed up wc strikers, some of them are even literally needed to be brought back to life, if you want to play threm. But I don't see how this is a bargain deal. There is almost nothing left of Rooney.

We should be the ones going for Keita and Sanches, instead of picking scraps (Can, Gomes) from other teams. Strootman would be a solid acquisition though :baus:
