Nothing really "happened" to Krychowiak imo talent-wise, he just barely got played for the duration of his stay in Paris. Sporadic minutes here and there. Very strange, since he arrived there with Emery after being an absolute beast of a player at Sevilla. No one would be even considering N'Zonzi if Krychowiak still was at Sevilla.

Marotta: 'Juve watching Emre Can'

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta confirms they will “watch” the Emre Can situation if he doesn’t renew with Liverpool.

The Germany international has a contract due to expire in June 2018.

“Emre Can is an excellent player, I don’t know if he will renew with Liverpool, but we’ll stay on the sidelines and watch,” Marotta told Calciomercato.com.

The Bianconeri had already hinted they were ready to start negotiations in January, as Can will be a free agent next summer.

Marotta got this, no need to worry about a CM, as there is a great abundance of them and Marotta is top class at finding them cheaply or nearly free. And we only need two with this formation, so one to accompany Pjanic, without Matuidi, we could start worrying, but with him, we know that between Marchisio, Khedira and Bentancour, one will always be available.
Shick would put the pressure on Higuain and he seems to need it, but once DCosta and Bernardeschi start to get a starting role, he could be used as our CF.
