Today there has been a meeting between Juve and Sassuolo for Locatelli. Official offer presented. The parties are still distant with Juve not having much cash but they are going to be more negotiations .(Fab Della Valle)

Carnevali says no to Juve’s offer, distance both on the total amount (about 10mln€) and on the formula. In the background Arsenal, offering 40mln€ + bonus.(Nico Balice)

personally asking for a player means nothing, i believe with 40mil and dragusin at hand we can get pretty much everyone at Loca's level.
for exemple a player like Miranchuk. if a name is mentioned someone will claim that he is rubbish, or he will cost 100mil, or that he is not Italian etc etc.
Just like it happened with Erikson, he was deemed beyond reach, yet marotta, the very same marotta who failed to get any CAM in his entire carrier with us, just secured him within day at Inter and without breaking the bank.
Its not that we can't, but that we don't want to. we are looked into buying Mediocre defensive orientated and if possible with Italian NT caps, for no logical reasoning.
All the other Italian clubs with a fraction of our budget can find Cams, other than us. This is not normal, it is us having issues.
Indeed in the latest years Italy is not producing players on certain places (CBs, wing backs) and grow an abundance of them in DMs and SSs.
But this has to stop, we should stop wasting 40mils every year for new Locatellis
and make a 80mil bid every two years for someone like Pogbs or James, or Isco or SMS,
i am certain that it would be enough for a player of this class at his last year under contract!
we have been discussing this for more than a decade now, we could have a WC team by now, cosnisdering the money we ve spent on Mediocre talents and salaries on cripple mercenaries.
Instead of buying Chiesa last year and Locatelli this year, we could have saved enough money to buy a Pogbs this summer.
Instead of wasting trillions for the salaries of Ramsey, Can, Arthur and Rabbiot, we could just save those salaries for for half in numbers but proper starters.
We don't need more money, we just need to spend what we have wiser.
There are talks about Dybalas extension, since we got Chiesa to replace him, we should choose one of them, have Kulu as his sub and make space for a new starter.
Chiesa is a better player than Pogba, I’d have him in my team above the modern Pogba any day of the week. And Loca is a 23 yo experienced player with a lot of upside, you are seriously underrating him.

You’re referencing eriksen and CAM’s - eriksen has been a huge flop for inter and now won’t be able to play in Italy. We also have no need for a CAM, we’ve not played with one since we had Zidane…

I can see allegri accepting Icardi here.

The thing is:
1-he comes in not so good form
2-We will have to ask for a loan with obligation because i dont see juve paying cash for him when they cant even finish the locatelli deal (i dont see psg doing us any favors)
3-Will Icardi be good for Juventus enviroment? He will directly take goals away from Morata and specially ronaldo who i can see whinning a lot to Icardi
(morata loves to assist ronaldo but Icardi will do the total opposite, which is not bad since we need a 9 with killer instinct, but ronaldo dont like this kind of strikers).

Last but not least, will he respect his teammates´s wives?
