AS replacement (possibly in form of Cuadra backup), Rabiot replacement (Locatelli), and Ramsey replacement are all we need for first squad.

And Gigio on Bosman if possible.

Feeling optimistic about finally completing the midfield and team. This time it's possible if premfaces are still interested in Ramsey and Rabiot.

Hope so
Ramsey replacement doesnt have to be a top tier as long as arthur deliver well
The important thing is he will always be avalaible if needed. No glass player anymore
We need a technical mid with good dribling skill and vision whenever we stuck in a match or alternative tactic

I'd say we definitely need a top tier mid to replace Ramsey because... well... we don't have any top tier midfielders right now.

As much as I'd love to sign Locatelli, we can't put that burden on him. But we could debate on the definition of 'top tier'. Doesn't necessarily need to be an expensive operation like Pogba.

Donnarumma? LOL holy plusvalenza #GOALS on that move

I am optimistic as well about finally getting the midfield sorted out. I am curious as to what will happen with Ramsey in summer. Stay or sold? If stay, bench is only option for him. Locatelli would be a great buy.

SMS - Locatelli - McKennie would be a fun trio.

Arthur is not going to be a bench player especially with his latest performances
Locatelli is good but I doubt we go for him when we obviously need a different type of midfielder.
SMS - I am with you but it will be tough.

I can see us going for Aouar as he fits the bill better than Locatelli although Im not his biggest fan..

We can literally fix our midfield and shop only in Italy: Locatelli & SMS

He has those "octopus" legs that Pogba had that always made him so effective.

Rabiot for Tolisso? Definitely but Bayern will never pay Rabiot what he currently earns at Juve so I doubt this is going to work... Not that Im such a fan of Tolisso but trading a high earner for a less expensive contract is always a good thing.

As for our midfield we need a serious midfielder - Seeing a talent like Barella playing at Inter is eating me but there are others..

Pogba would be wonderful but I think a goal scoring CF is more needed than a wingback.
Rabiot doesnt have to go to Bayern. I could see Rabiot going to United or someone like that. Yes he might have to take a pay decrease but I think it oculd happen

Suns

Release clause?

I'm interested to see how Zirkzee does at Parma. I've seen that we been linked to him before and with our good relationship with Parma who knows what could happen.

Ramsey now is not our starting mid
Maybe the top tier you mean is rabiot replacement

Mckennie is a box to box who occasionally advance in box area
If u really mean ramsey replacement than we have to bench mckennie
Mckennie isn't optimal in double pivot that arthur and bentancur play now.
If he play double pivot and we force him to advance more to the box, it will be the same as our games before supercoppa when there were big hole to be exposed in our mid for opponent to launch deadly counter.

Of course pirlo 's tactic can change. But as long as we deliver with current tactic, why would we change then?

No, I mean Ramsey.

McKennie and Bentancur can compete with him and each other. Both can play multiple midfield positions and 3 starting calibres is too little anyway.

So for example Bentancur, Locatelli, Arthur, Aouar, McKennie. That's not overkill when fighting on 3 fronts and only Arthur on a medium/high salary.

That would be a great midfield!

And realistic to get

Hopefully some financial luck. Winning the Coppa, reaching the semi finals in CL, selling Rugani and De Sciglio, Sarri should find a club, a good offer for Rabiot/Ramsey, new tv deal.

Still a lot of things could potentially happen that could allow us to have a good summer mercato.
