pretty much.

you either need wingers or wing backs who are attack minded

or you need a midfielder like hamisk or hernanes to play behind the 2.

I don't see how we have a chance at this signing considering Fiorentina would prefer to sell him to just about any club over us.

Marotta's time and effort would be better spent on a more realistic target such as Higuain. :D
That scenario has changed quite a bit from last year. Fiorentina are quite serious about their project and really like a couple of our players. If it helps their cause, they'll be more than willing to consider selling him to us if the price is right. It'll eventually be Montella'a call (if he likes the players we offer) to ok the deal from his end, in which case I don't think AdV will oppose. You can already see it in their recent interviews that they're not opposing Juve like they were last year. Such is the nature of the business.

I love Buffon, and he's a legend here, but he's way past his best. In fact, Storari is probably better to be honest. Lots of people won't want to admit it, but Buffon hasn't been the same for several years now. I still remember in the first few seasons he joined us, he was superhuman. He would make impossible saves every single game and was one of the main reasons we were dominant.

I don't want him to leave because he's a club symbol now, and it's important to preserve players like him as long as possible as they don't come by too often. However, he shouldn't be earning more than 2.5.

Lol relax guys, I know Storari isn't better than Buffon, I was just making a point about how much worse Buffon has gotten. Look, it's really tough to admit it, but Buffon is nowhere near the player he once was. Storari is an above average keeper, who btw, deserves to play regularly for a top 4 team. Trust me, no one has defended Buffon more than me against critics, but I must admit, when people who don't watch Juve ask me if he's really that good, and I respond with a resounding yes, I kind of feel bad for bending the truth.

I know it's really really tough to admit it, especially as Juventus fans, but Buffon, despite still being an excellent keeper in terms of his leadership qualities and experience, his reaction is no longer top class. I can name you at least 7 goalkeepers who are easily better. And for real this time. And that says a lot, because a few years back, I couldn't name one.

I just don't understand why would anyone say no to Jovetic.
Coz he's glaringly overpriced.

He's literally like a fine piece of crystal

and we all know that crystal isn't worth anything these days
Crystal maze, more like. :D
30 million euros is a lot of money for him.

25 million euros would be the maximum I'd be willing to pay, even that's too much.
No way Treq. Wouldn't even pay 20m in cash for him. Jojo is not worth more than 15m in cash alone. But we'll probably pay pretty close to that figure and include a couple of make weights if we are after him.
