If that mediaset info would be true this would be an extremely good deal, we would need to buy him only if he would make 10 appearences this season, this makes it a safe bet, because if he wont be in a good form, we would not play him naturally

Juventus have offered Manchester City 18M for Jovetic. A 2M loan with a 16M option in the summer. Manchester City are asking for the buy out option to be mandatory. Juventus will agree to that if Jovetic plays a minimum of 10 matches.
