Even that unfortunately seems time bound linked to their purchase of Gomez. It's a deal they perhaps want to close quickly before somebody else comes knocking on Bayern's door. The only thing they're relying on right now is Gomez's willingness/inclination toward Italy and Florence.

It really is that straight forward. I think Marrotta's words today haven't changed much. It's a wait and watch situation because now Fiorentina have to make the first move. PErhaps, to intimate us that they're willing to choose one of the gazillion offers we've made em already. It's most likely going to be the one with the most cash component. I can see this deal close for 22m plus Marrone.

Wait and watch is better for us, coz Fiorentina are going to realise that nobody is going to pay them their valuation of 30m for the player in all likelihood. At that point, JoJo's push for Juve could play into our hands.

Still think, if selling others forwards goes reasonably well, there is every chance Juve will get Jovetic this summer.

Even if we sell one, I'd say we have a chance. And I'm pretty certain two are going to leave.

I feel that Asamoah is more valuable in the CM, providing a great rotation with Pogba, Giaccherrini, and Padoin giving the MVP line much needed rest. He's more comfortable there, and with the experience he gained, he can play as a sub to Kolarov whenever injuries or a rest is needed.


Kolarov would give the attack another dimension with his offensive capabilities.
