If Chelsea buys out Cavani and Napoli basically uses half of that money on Jovetic, that is a big win for us.

benitez is good at winning 2nd value trophies like europa cup etc... he will probably drop to 3rd or 4th in serie A if they loose cavani and i expect Roma and a new Inter to step up their game.

i think next seasons leaderboard will be something like:

1. Juventus
2. AC Milan
3. Roma
4. Inter
5. Napoli
:howler:
So both the Milanese whore sisters will finish higher than Lazio, Fiorentina AND Napoli? No. Just no. Both will fail to make it to the CL and with Fiorentina strengthening I see them challenging to the 2nd/3rd position along with Napoli (if they keep Cavani), Lazio and possibly Roma.

Can somebody tell me what Peelan, Inter and Roma have accomplished during the mercato?
roma are doing well as they are buying into more youth plus i think they are trying to get benatia from udinese. if so they will be tight at the back and can challenge easily milan and others.... no juve though ;)

milan has a very good squad and with the addition of balotelli (which will probably score 25+ goals at least) they will secure their place in CL. Inter have been very active in the market, they have brough icardi and ishak from parma and samdoria and i am sure that walter mazarri will turn into stars.... why? look what he did to hamsik, lavezzi and cavani. he grew them and turned them into top players. he will do the same at inter. fiorentina are most likely to loose jovetic which is is a big loss and if gomez joins is another story but would he not be temted by man city and other links? why fiorentina which failed for CL qualification?

Paulinho? :D

Mazzari won't turn Inter into a Napoli within one term. Balotelli will NOT score a minimum of 25 goals (you on crack?), and hold into account that the likes of Lazio, Roma and Fiorentina are improving at a steady pace while the Whore sisters are regressing at a beautiful rate. Montolivio Captain, oh and Chivu is planning to retire at Inter :touched:

We will see what mazzari will do. balotelli scored 12 goals in 13 matches in 1/2 a season you telling me he won't score 25 goals? :yao:

lazio players are like pensioners to me with a lot of players being over 30. they won't be able to compete with milan and a fresh inter. roma will improve and they wll quality whereas fiorentina has a good chance. it will be close between milan, fiorentina, roma, inter and napoli but we'll see.

Mark my words. :)

As the mercato stands, that'll be more or less the standings at the end of the season. :)
