Viola won't break bank for Gomez

Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade has claimed that the club will not break the bank to sign Mario Gomez.
Reports in the Italian Press earlier on Thursday claimed that the German club were holding out for an offer of €20m for the striker.
However, the club's transfer guru has insisted that is too much for the forward, whilst also commenting on Stevan Jovetic's future.
“Mario Gomez is a strong player,” he told reporters. “But at this time the conditions are not right.
“He will cost a lot and we must adhere to the economic parameters we have set ourselves.
“Our relationship with Bayern Munich is solid though.
“The player is interested, it's just the deal is not finalized.
“We are very serene regarding Jovetic's future. The market has only just opened, and at this time, no offers have arrived [that are satisfactory].”

Zlatan to napoli is almost more laughable then inter getting higuain. We know Zlatan and we know the teams he plays for Napoli is not in the category. Hes over 30 he wants a CL. it will be difficult with psg let alone Napoli! Some of these rumours

Zlatans salary in PSg is huge, probably among the highest in the world of fotball. Zlatan will never take a paycut, and Napoli is not gonna be attractiv at all to him.

Di Marzio:"Fiorentina have in the program before Jovetic give its assessments and then take Gomez to avoid the risk of devaluing Montenegrin. The problem is what can be expected Bayern. Jovetic is always in the plans of Juve but wants it on their own terms, having already Tevez and Llorente. conditions are called compensatory or Matri, Quagliarella and Marrone. Among Pradè and Juventus contacts have been underground but there is still lacks the input of Della Valle to start officially the whole. Napoli can fit in, but must give Cavani to place the 30 million required by Fiorentina. Diamanti ? currently is out of the market, Bologna is now concentrated in the search for a striker. "

Like I thought, they are in a difficult position.

Wait for an big offer (30mln) for Jojo and risk losing Gomez or get Gomez first and let the whole world know you have an unhappy, must sell striker which would devalue his price even further.

In that case Marotta's words about a free loan might become a reality. :D
