Pressure is off Marotta. He can now play a mind game with Fiorentina. Jovetic seems to want us by rejecting Arsenal concrete offer. Other clubs don't seem so interested or there are very weak links to other clubs. We have the upper hand until some club steps up the race.

As a huge admirer of JoJo let me say this.

With the arrival of Carlos, I have no issue if Juve do not pursue Jovetic. Would I love to have him? Uhhhh...............Yeah. I've made that blatantly obvious.

With that being said, Ogbonna and Kolarov are a must to complete this squad.

A must.

It's clear that Jovetic isn't coming to Juve. Marotta is not going to sign 3 great forwards in one summer.

I believe that Llorente, Tevez, Diamanti, Ogbonna and possibly Kolarov sums up a very good mercato.
Absolutely stunning mercato.

Of course it's all trolling. If Fiorentina want Gomez and Jovetic is rejecting all other offers what can they possibly do but lower their demands and sell him on our terms. Well, not on our terms because our terms are De Ceglie+ Isla+ Quagliarella+ Marrone+ Rubinho but you know, something like 20mil+player. I really can't believe you people aren't getting this

I'm perfectly fine with what Marotta has done so far. It'd just be very painful to see Jovetic join the Premier League when he clearly wants us. He is young, talented and has many years in front of him. Juventus material.

You sure about Kolarov being a must? I wouldn't really put Asamoah on the bench for him tbh.

Marotta: 'No Jovetic for Juve'
By Football Italia staff

“Jovetic? He was an option we went after during the summer, but due to difficult relations with Fiorentina I think at this point we are fine as we are. We’re satisfied with our signings.

“Could we open up talks again? Anything could happen from now until August 31, as in the transfer market things change from one day to the next. Who knows, maybe by the end of August Fiorentina will be offering him to us for a free loan...”

Fiorentina have refused to lower their €30m price-tag for Montenegro international forward Jovetic, who has admirers at Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.
I just see that as Marotta making it clear Juve are happy to wait and see how things develop, rather than banging on Fiorentina's door making offer after offer.

Still think, if selling others forwards goes reasonably well, there is every chance Juve will get Jovetic this summer.

That is the first time I have seen Marotta match words and deeds.

Signed Tevez, told Fiorentina to fuck off, will circle like a vulture taking advantage if possible.

Yup, was about time.
That Tevez deal made his balls burn with fury. He is on a killing spree.

If we get Diamanti...we will have 3 very good Free kick takers in Pirlo, Tevez and Diamonds. Every foul given to us outside goal area could be a potential goal.
