Comparing that game to a potential new one :
Defence is somwhat the same, tho bonucci could improve further. We lose vidal in the midfield, who nutered himself in the first game by that early yellow. But we''d have a much better Pogba. Morata will have improved further, Mandzukic gives an actual option to go for, and tevez went missing in the first game, who knows wether dybala will explode ?
Juventus, could be better then last season. Vidal out, but no pirlo in the midfield ? Could be better then you'd think
Barcelona ? How can they improve themselves ? They might be as good as they were, i dont see them improve further.
We were the weaker team. We'll still be the weaker team. Difference should be smaller and we'll have a much better defence thanks to the midfield.

Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, is not pathetic imo. Playing Pirlo dragged them down, and Pogba was out of form returning from injury when we faced them.
Tevez was one of the worlds best strikers performance wise stepping in the game, and Morata scored in each of the last 5? Cl games ?

But we make up more then you'd think in organisation and defence, and are quite lethal on the counter

Pogba, came off injury and was in bad form when we faced barcelona. I'm not talking about his best performances before his injury.

We are a bit different tho. We'll never play so much offensive players at once to be comparable to those teams even if we had such players. But we should always maintain that strong midfield and organisation.
