okay once and for all, can somebody clarify me the barcelona transfer ban? I mean they got banned for the next two transfer windows, yet there are roumors here and there how they are interested in players. Do the media already talk about summer of 2016? I don't believe it. Smells fishy to me

Reports claim Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is on Barcelona's four-man striker shortlist.
