Pep - “We’re 10 points behind but, honestly, I don’t think we deserve to be 10 points behind the way we’ve played this season."

I think it is precisly because the way you played you are 10 points behind. barca... how can you not hate them?

A joke translated from Arabic.

Repoter: What do your players eat for Breakfast ??

José Mourinho: Vegetables

Repoter: What do they eat for Lunch ?

José Mourinho: Vegetables.

Repoter: And what do they eat for Dinner ?

José Mourinho Vegetables.

Repoter:  So what the difference between your squad and animals ??

José Mourinho: 10 points

he kinda has a point, any other season they'd be leading the table, it's just Real are destroying everyone this season.
What point? If Real is doing better then them, so how can they not deserve this? The only way they would desrve first place and not 10 point deficit is if they would have done better, but they didn't. It's illogical what he's saying.

 at the Valencia defence. No wonder Messi and Ronaldo scores so many goals. I've seen better defending in the Serie B.
If Primera teams defence is lousy, why Lazio players played like shit against Atl.Madrid, or why Stoke city didnt break Valencia's defence, I mean, Messi showed "how lousy Primera defences are".Serie A teams have better defence but not that much.Atl.Madrid struggle to score against Real and Barselona, but showed Lazio how its done.Or you are trying to say that Atl.M would have had more problems against Siena defence and similar Italian teams. If Messi can score 4 goals against Valencia and Arsenal , be sure that he can score as many against Lecce and Novara or Genoa.

Palermo had no problems against the Lazio defence. What's your point? Watch the game before you comment.

my point is that Messi and Ronaldo would have scored the same amount of goals in Serie A, and I dont see how Inter's defence or Roma's defence is tougher than Valencia or Arsenal defence.

Right, that's why Messi scored so many goals against Italian teams. Watch the game from yesterday, and tell me the Valencia defense didn't suck. We're talking about the third best club in Spain. I've seen Novara defend better than what Valencia did yesterday.

The point is the small teams in Serie A play with 10 players behind the ball and manage to get draws against big teams (like Siena did against us) while small teams in La Liga try to play offensively against Barca or Real, thus spreading their legs in the process and conceding 4-5+ goals.

Small teams in Serie A aren't better than their La Liga counterparts but they used much better tactics against the big boys. Teams like Siena and Novara are terrible but they understand that they have to park the bus against the good teams, a very simple notion that La Liga clubs do not understand.

From your posting I get that Novara or Siena, Roma ,Genoa are better at defending then Atl.Madrid,Arsenal,Man U and the rest of the teams that Messi and Ronaldo scored against?
Di Natale scores so much goals in Serie A against "briliant defending" what leads me to conclusion that he is better attacker than Messi or Ronaldo.Wonder what Di Natale would have done in Primera, probably scoring 40 goals.

No way they would score the same amount of goals in Serie A. They'd be top, top forwards of course but I don't think they'd reach more than 20-25 goals per season here.

Yeah, Milan with Ibrahimovic do score against small sides but not 5-6 goals each game.
