To be fair Andy has been a very famous hypocrite since his earliest days, entertaining us with his many interesting rationales for hating some players/teams on some principles and applauding others on the same principles.

If anything I feel that our collective hate campaign against the evil catalans is an homage to Andy who truly taught us from the beginning how this is done right. :touched:
And we managed to still like him because he speaks his mind without thinking how silly he'd look by saying those things. He is being painfully honest at being silly :D

It is quite different, actually.
Everything is different when about you.

All the Barca fans I know actually know football and respect Juventus. The same cannot be said about Manchester United fans. Most of them are idiots who have never even heard of Georgie Best, so a distinction has to be made between the two said clubs. In regards to the players and history, the hype machine for Man United is second to none.
You are pointing out the reasons why you like Barca and you make it as if everyone has to obviously follow your logic because otherwise they are only petty fans who are jealous of Barca's successes. Same reasons, to a greater level could be applied to Manchester United but you hate them. And that is not jealousy because it's about you. You are either logically disabled or a hypocrite.

I can understand you if you hate Rossi because he didn't choose the US NT and I can understand you if you like Jones (or whoever he is) exactly because he chose the US NT but when you preach about the principles you don't believe yourself you are, again, either logically disabled or a hypocrite.

The only negative facet surrounding Barca are their ties to the Uzbek regime. You are just another sour grapes, jealous young lady.
Jealousy happens when you don't have something your rival has but at this point, we do not have European rivals, we don't compete with big teams in Europe so if anything, jealousy has the least to do with Juve fans who dislike Barca today.

I don't have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's worth; banks are going bust; shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter; punks are running wild in the street, Barcelona keep winning and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it.

We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat. And we sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, and Barcelona won again as if that's the way it's supposed to be!

We all know things are bad -- worse than bad --*they're crazy.

It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out any more. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we're living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, "Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials, and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone."

Well, I'm not going to leave you alone.

I want you to get mad!

I don't want you to protest. I don't want you to riot. I don't want you to write to your Congressman, because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and Barcelona and the crime in the street.

All I know is that first, you've got to get mad.

You've gotta say, "I'm a human being, goddammit! I love football! My life has value!"

So, I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now put on your football shirt and go to the window, open it, and stick your head out and yell,

"I'm as mad as hell,

and I'm not going to take this anymore!!"

Yes, but the context has changed. When Network came out, he was positioned as an unsympathetic nut job. In time, he became viewed as a hero instead -- completely not as originally intended.

But you're the one who gloryhunts for another country, Hoori. That's low. You can't even support your own nation. Therefore, you're on the same level as random girls from New Jersey.

But take heart, because Jersey girls aren't trash. Trash gets picked up.

No no no, you got it all wrong. They ARE history, actually they are more than history :touched:
I'm gonna write than on my Art History exam.

Maybe I'll even list the starting 11 for bonus points.

Many of you are in no different than the way you see Andy.

Many of you are ignoring the football part and are only focusing on their exterior outfit.
Barca does play the best footie I've ever seen. Can't hate on that, but they are scums, highest level of scumbag human beings I've ever seen.
