That is a Syrian channel, that is Pro Assad. Channel that only broadcasts pro Assad propaganda, it claims that Al Jazeera is using clips from Barcelona to send a hidden message to Syrian rebels on how to smuggle weapons into Syria. They show how Messi dribbling past players is deliberately used by Al Jazeera to show the rebels how they can smuggle weapons into Syria and what kind of obstacles they will face.

Tell me about it, everything is a conspiracy when it comes to Arabs. Some of the people i know still think its the CIA and Mossad killing children and women in Syria to make Assad look bad 
That being said, we're going way off topic here, this video shouldn't have been posted here anyway, the Syria thread would have been more suitable, would be good if a mod can move it and all related posts to the Syria thread.
