i like diego, he's the greatest of all time imo. but to even call him a mediocre coach is stretching it. he should get on his knees, suck riquelme's cock and beg him to come back. they can't maximize their forwards to their full potential with the phish he's playing at midfield. higuain from real mierda is argentinian right? the guy deserves a call up with the way he's played for madrid this season, he could play center forward. also surprising to see guys like cambiasso missing.

Brazil 30
Chile 27
Paraguay 27
Argentina 22
Colombia 20
Ecuador 20
Uruguay 18
Venezuela 18
Bolivia 12
Peru 10
------------------------------

3 rounds till the end. The first 4 go to South Africa while the 5th placed goes to play-off against a North American team.

Argentina has 2 very tough away matches till the end. They play against Paraguay and Uruguay. They simply MUSTN'T lose these two matches because if they do, even 5th place will be in danger. They'll win the home match against Peru, but winning at least a point against PAR and URU is a must.

Seriously, advancing from the South American qualifyers is too easy. Argentina are having a completely disastrous run and they are still remotely safe. Unfair it is. In Europe, you can't afford the slightest of slips.

True.
There is a chance that Croatia will miss out on the WC and end up 3rd in the group with 7 wins 2 draws and 1 defeat.
