Tactically he is very good. However, he can't cross to save his life. Hope, he will work on this.

Well, if John O'Shea learned how to cross, I am sure Padoin can do it as well.

He did put one on a plate for Llorente last night, pin point accuracy.

I think Fernando missed only because he was in awe of how magnificent said cross was.

I thought padoin was horrible. Against a better team he would've been exposed. He's playing out of position, so I applaud the effort but the dude does not cover much ground on the flank. Evra will be a massive upgrade for now and hopefully caceres takes that spot permanently when he returns.

He is a hard working utility player. Nothing flashy or spectacular. A useful member of the squad, albeit a limited one.

I was thinking the same thing as you. :D

How can you be a utility player able to play in at least 5 different positions and rarely make any serious mistakes and still be limited?
