Should Beppe Marotta be sacked? (9 Viewers)

Should Marotta be sacked?

  • Yes - his signings are an embarrassment to the club

  • No - he just got us to the Scudetto and we should see where that takes us

  • WTF - When did we suddenly inherit aching ladyparts like interisti?

Shame really we are wasting our best players primes ( Pirlo, Barza, Buffon..), we could've made a good run in CL this year with the right reinforcements.

I would think you are trolling mad, if i didnt knew for sure you were serious.

you must be the epitome of the armchair coaches.

city wouldnt sell dzeko
llorente was overpriced
rvp was overwaged

complain about not getting pazzo all you want, we couldnt have signed anything better.

If you want teams to overspend madly, go watch madrid, city or psg

Could be, or the other half could be in two years time. Either way, if you are making a point how this '€18m' could and should have been used for a striker then it's incorrect, as we haven't spent it yet.

Unless you can see an Italian club willing to part with a €30m+ (Jovetic and Cavani are pretty much the only two) striker in a co-ownership deal, which is virtually impossible.
Well, it's not as if the 18 million could be spent on other things after the first deposit.:D

You have spent it. That's how you have to look at transfers, no matter what the installment plan. That's 18 million you can no longer trade for a player.

Also, you forget to mention that Marotta has a 20 mil limit that he can't go over.

No, it's not an installment plan, it's a co-ownership deal. So at this point we have paid €9m for 50% of a player, and it's not €18m taken from our budget.

Please enlighten us about the current wage of rvp, and juventus wage structure where you seemb to know so much about

then add why marotta is fail and has nothing to do with our unbeaten season, or the fact europe has a high image of us.

But, i asked before, who could we sign, for what fee, at what time, on what wages.

Cant answer that question, can you ?

Allways the fucking same with your people...

Weren't you the one who said all the summer that Agnelli set a 20 mil cap to Marotta that he can't go over for any player ????. :howler:

On top of my head.

We could've signed Damioa/LLorente/Lewandovski

I tried to explain the board allows only so much on a single player yes.

Llorente, for 36 mil, was overpriced
Lewandovski showed last night he's not worth the price for the upgrade he brings
Damiao, lacks the intelligence to make it in europe. hence its why he is still in brazil

Likelihood is we will buy the other 50%, but we don't know when or for what fee.

There is no likelihood at all, we are buying him 100%, just like with the "loan" deals for Quag, Pepe and Matri.

No, no, and no. None of those players could have been bought for 20 mil €, and they are not worth more.

Yet Matri/QUag/Vucinic are world beaters.

Lewandovski was the best player in Germany last, a top goal scorer and you are telling me he's not good enough based on one game.

We should at least tried to up our bid for Llorente, giving them 18 mil is an insult when you see that we paid similar fee to Matri, LLorente is a spain regular and a tested goal scorer.

Damioa is a risk that we could've taken, he's the starting striker for Brazil, with good instinct and definetely a good eye for the goal, as for your argument about staying brazil, it means also that Neymar sucks because he's also still playing there.

Yet Matri is worth 18 mil, Quag 15 mil, Bonnucci 15 mil, and you are saying that the best player in Bundesliga last year isn't worth over 20 mil .
