Yeah, fuckers we don't let on airplanes cause we're afraid they might crash in them into buildings can buy guns. Wanna know why? Cause maybe an innocent guy gets on the list and can't buy a gun.

Dumbest shit ever. We're the guy at the party that takes the date rape drug and then wonders why he wakes up with his pants around his ankles.

Thoughts and prayers bro, thoughts and prayers.
So in terms of rights and liberties the ability to buy a gun is more important than the ability to get on a plane?

The intentional homicide rate in USA is approximately 5 per 100,000 people per year. Assuming your life expectancy to be 80 years, there is a 0.4% chance that you will be murdered. You're more likely to die in a car crash (0.9% chance). Having said that, the gun crime in the US is way higher than in most developed countries, and long term reforms are needed, not knee jerk reactions.

Yep. The ability to own a gun is also more important than your ability to live a safe life.

Lol, WHAT ? You're presenting a 0.4% chance of getting murdered as good? Do you have any idea of how ridiculously high that number is?

A 0.4% chance is too high for a developed country, but the hyperbole of being afraid of traveling or living in the US due to the fear of being shot is ridiculous.

Well yeah, I feel the US is pretty safe. But the statistics you showed tell me I'm misguided and that it is in fact very dangerous.
