Well we were never even remotely in this. Then of course anyone who expected that doesn't know football; the only game we clearly won was against Latvia and only because they self-destructed.

We never deserved to win this one and we didn't so that's only fair even though it hurts.

With an entire generation quitting and a heavily unbalanced squad entering the world cup qualification, this is the last thing you have heard from Holland in a very long time. Actually he's right. For me personally, this is the only generation I grew up watching and to see almost all of them quitting like that is quite depressing. That team was the Holland that I've always known, loved, and rued their underachievements.:frown:
