To be honest this was a good result. Hellas always play us well home or away. It was always going to be a tough match so the season was over a couple weeks ago. Just need to make sure we secure a CL spot.

So just looking at the stats and yep, we were even more pathetic than I initially thought.
60% possession, 2 shots on goal all game. Both from Ronaldo - the goal and the tame shot straight at Silvestri. Absolutely pathetic.
Verona had more shots on goals, hit the crossbar twice, more crosses into the box, more counter attacks and more corner kicks. They dominated us and we were actually very fortunate to finish the game with a point. This isn’t a vintage Verona either. They were better last year imo and haven’t been as dangerous after losing some key players.
This is worse than Sarri-era right now. We are an absolute nothing of a football team. Zero creativity, slow, static and totally bereft of ideas. Cannot believe the state of this team and what that bandit Paratici has done to it. The midfield, the engine room of the team, has been reduced to an utter fucking joke. We have no adequate replacements in the fullback areas and are at bare bones upfront too.
How the fuck could a squad of our stature be decimated like this? Putrid. None of these cunts deserve their pay after this one.

Let's be real, Pirlo is here for the remainder of the season. We need to think about how to end the season strongly. It's better to play fewer midfielders so 3-4-3 would be best from now on.
