Excellent first half but predictable drop off in the second half. A lot of encouraging signs, especially Cambiaso's role. The big test will be keeping it up but if we can get a few wins on the board early everything becomes easier.

How many of the members who vowed to not to watch Juve this season tuned in?

Important to kick off with a win, really good first half with a not that great second half but in truth the game was already more or less done since halftime, still plenty of room for improvement of course, main positives to take from today was Cambiaso’s impressive debut and Chiesa’s early good form.

magnanelli effect is real. That was de zerbi ball in the first half.

“I feel good next to #Vlahovic and we’re not standing still, we’re moving which is what the coach is asking us. Also the arrival of #Magnanelli has us trying new tactics and I feel good about it” #Chiesa

️| Chiesa to: "Today, we played a fantastic match. In the first half, we showed a lot of intensity and pressed them high up the field. We need to keep this up; this is the modern style of football." #Juventus

Heh. Chiesas modern football comment sums up what a lot of us have been saying for years. Good to see the players are aware what we've been doing is dinosaur shit.

Good first half. Best we’ve played as a team in a very long time. We effectively killed the game off as a contest and rendered the second half almost irrelevant.

Great start to the season, now let’s follow it up with more Ws instead of dropping points early on and dropping out of the title race by September, like we have in the previous 3 seasons.

I watched it as I seem to have Stockholm syndrome.

Great first half and then typical snooze fest in the second half.

Cambiasso and Chiesa give me a glimmer of hope and something to keep me interested.

hopefully the hiring of Magnanelli means Allegri is relieved of coaching duties in the final third.

I can never understand people who are always unhappy and complaining.
Have you really found any entertainment with Allegri? I havent(besides the forum) and I am done with the matches, not going to waste more time, will see the highlights if I remember to do so and thats it.

Found tons of entertainment with his teams from 2014-2018. If current Juve starts consistently playing like that I would love it. For now though, we still in the banter era, and I doubt that changes much until he’s fired. Second tenure is a disaster from day 1.

Still, today was a great match to watch.
