While I agree that Chiellini is much more valuable to Juve because he is much younger and over the past few seasons has been far more consistent, when Canna is on form even at 36 he is better than Chiellini will ever be. He is fast, excellent on the ground, has excellent judgement and a world class swagger. Cannavaro's small size makes him excellent in tight situations and when the ball is being played through low on the pitch, Chiellini's height gives him certain advantages but makes him clumsy. Chiellini is a monster CB and I hope he will someday become Juve captain but an on form Canna is second to nobody in the world of defending

I dont agree on the all "Chiellini will never ever be as" thing. Canna wasnt the best defeder at young age but matuerd into one perfectly.

Chiellini is still questionable in his decision making and reading the game but it certinly dosnt mean he wont get there in 2-3 years time.
