Like Ferrara he learned from the Master Marcelo,and Conte already trained Arrezzo,Bari...also he has lot of passion to do well,i'm sure from mental side he will be good choice,but as for expirience...i don't know...

If you depend on other teams to secure a place in Serie B, it's not a great achievement if you ask me. And if you finally fail to secure it, it isn't any better.

I don't know about Conte, i didn't really follow his coaching career.
