Can't believe people still want Klopp
If he's a "big manager", then what is Allegri? Klopp is the ultimate one-trick pony. Max is ten times the tactician.

Maggio-Albiol though

Speedrunner Costa is gonna have a laugh...if Allan doesn't bully him.
Wait, people want Allegri fired again? lol...when will they learn. Same panic mode and lunacy in fall & early winter of every season.

And they want Klopp instead? lmao

Where else would you play him?

It's the best position for him in a 3 man mid imo.
Where? Exactly where he used to play for pretty much his whole career which is b2b/mezzala or w/e you spell it. He's too good going forward to sit in front of the defense. He's at least as productive as Hamsik who has a lot of freedom at Nipples.

Marchisio is the one to play the DM and if not him, then Bentancur. Pjanic offers so much with his vision/passing/through balls and crossing - it's a crime to limit his abilities so much. He'd play b2b anywhere in the World but here.

You also need to take into the consideration who is up for the b2b roles right now. Matuidi and Khedira scream mediocre as hell. Those two are basically runners with occasional glimpses of something useful when going forward. Pjanic's linkup with Dybala and Higuain is superb, he should be allowed to move forward the most out of the three minds, not the least!

Juventus contro Napoli BUFFON... DE SCIGLIO BENATIA CHIELLINI ASAMOAH... KHEDIRA PJANIC MATUIDI... DOUGLAS COSTA DYBALA... HIGUAIN
Hopefully not these three. :disagree:

I believe Benatia's good showings to be more a symptom of the 3 man defense, really skeptical that he will carry that on and not fuck up against nipples when he has to be much more cautious and disciplined in a four man D. If he plays i expect a massive fuckup.

Why would anyone play Asamoah? As shockingly out of form as AS is the hope that he can and might have a good night is enough to prefer him over Asamoah.

I hate Khedira in a three man mid. I guess the one positive is that he has a good presence in the box and can be a target on crosses but the guy is just so lethargic and slow for a role that requires him to be all over the pitch. Cheesio should definitely play and as DM.

You do realize that in the 4231 Pjanic played mediano and Khedira B2B, right?

It's relevant b/c in both cases he's the deepest man in midfield acting as the pivot, fulcrum, or call it whatever you want. The roles are similar in the two formations.

And with Khedira and Matuidi, he certainly has to be the one in the middle b/c he's the only one out of the 3 who can play there.

Agree that Marchisio should start over Khedira, & in that case, he should assume the central role, but that's a diff topic & doesn't change Pjanic's ability to play there.

As for the passing argument, this role, which he's been playing since Jan, gets more out of his passing ability.

I don't question Pjanic's ability it's the opposite - I think we don't use him properly, meaning we don't use his full potential which we obviously should.

Because we are making sure that we don't sell damaged goods, maximise the plus valenza.
remember how we refused to sell an injured Vidal to ManU for 55M, then fixed him back to form and sold to Bayern a year later? AS case reminds me of this actually

Can't believe Max is starting Khedira and Asamoah, just insane and foolish. Best case scenario were only down one when the subs come in.

If max wanted to rest Sandro for CL he should've went with the 3421. Buffon/Rugani Benatia Chiellini/MDS Marchisio Pjanic Matuidi/Dybala Costa/Higuain

Not that difficult. Play your best players a$$hole
