We need to play either an offensive formation or a counter-attacking formation with speed in midfield and upfront(Nedved, Iaquinta, Palladino). Napoli play a very offensive game and leave a lot of space, it's imperative we use players that punish them for it. Milan were able to destroy Napoli because their players, Kaka mainly, are most dangerous when given space.

This wouldn't have been a game for Camo anyway, who's best when he's tightly marked, spaces are tight and there's little room.

Im quite amazed that Lavezzi has scored less than Hamsik and Zalayeta.

My formation:

Buffon
Brazzo-Stendardo-Chiellini-Grygera
Tiago-Momo-Nedved
Del Piero
Iaquinta-Trezeguet

Take them down early, give ourselves a 2 goal lead and sit back taking off a striker. We will make things hard though, as usual.
thats what i woudl go for or a trident.

Juve learn Zanetti damage Tuesday 11 March, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus have determined the extent of the injury that midfielder Cristiano Zanetti sustained against Genoa.

The influential former Inter man limped off at Marassi with a pain in his right thigh and there were immediate fears that the problem could be serious.

It has been confirmed that the injury is a first-degree thigh strain and will keep Zanetti on the sidelines for around 25 days.

The 30-year-old will miss out on the Old Lady’s encounter with Napoli this weekend and also the trip to Empoli.

Claudio Ranieri’s Champions League chasers will be notably weakened against the Vesuviani as Jonathan Zebina, Nicola Legrottaglie and Mauro Camoranesi are all suspended.

In training today, Ranieri experimented with Zdenek Grygera, Guglielmo Stendardo, Giorgio Chiellini and Cristian Molinaro in defence and Mohamed Sissoko and Tiago Mendes as a midfield partnership.

Zalayeta Out For The Season?

Napoli hopes of qualifying for next season’s UEFA Cup have received a huge blow after it was revealed that Marcelo Zalayeta may be ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee ligament injury.

The striker has been in wonderful form this season, and is the Partneopei’s top scorer with eight goals in 21 Serie A games. However Zalayeta has suffered a knee ligament injury, and there are concerns that he may be ruled out for the remainder of the campaign.

The 29-year-old joined the Azzurri last summer in a co-ownership deal from Juventus, the team who Napoli actually face this weekend. Zalayeta has stated on numerous occasions that he hopes to sign permanently for Napoli in the summer, and Juventus seem intent on using the forward as a pawn in their attempts to sign Slovakian midfielder Marek Hamsik.
