Well I don't have a job I go to school. I just plan on watching the game on my laptop during class and I planned most of my classes around CL so I never miss it. Its more important than my schoolwork.
I used to be hardcore, formulating a semester schedule entirely around the possibility of Champions League or Serie A matches. However, most of the time I had to schedule a class around 2:30 on either Tuesday or Wednesday, so I just ended up skipping that class.

But now it's impossible to skip some classes. Welcome to the real world, Andrew.
Good to see folk with their priorities right.

Of course, if you just moved to a sensible time zone you wouldn't have this problem.:D

SOCCER: Juventus v Empoli
Not available in Italy

So I guess I'll go for member there as myp2p shows Roma, Inter and Milan, but no Juve...

I really want to see this match, to see our guys but also the young ones at Empoli.

First, I'd like to thank you for calling me imbecile.

Then I would like to explain to you that there is a big difference between discussion and throwing shit at each, calling each other names and swearing all over the place. My job is to prevent that and one way to do it is to ban you. Got it Einstein?
Ur welcome.

See if I care,I am here to discuss what ever I want about Juve whenever I want.
Btw it is very mature to threaten every one who respond to ur insults by telling him that u will ban him.

I cant believe that some members here really stopped discussing what we've been discussing just coz u ordered them & called them(Imbeciles).

Go boss whoever u want at home Jeeks.

Juventus (probable): Buffon; Salihamidzic, Grygera, Criscito, Molinaro; Marchionni, C Zanetti, Almiron, Palladino; Del Piero, Trezeguet

Empoli

Gigi Cagni is without Antonio Busce, who was extremely impressive during the recent win over Milan.

Juventus loan stars Sebastian Giovinco and Claudio Marchisio, who are regarded as two of the most promising young players in Italy, may be given the chance to impress from the start against their owners. Luca Saudati will lead the line up-front by himself again.

Empoli (probable): Balli; Raggi, Piccolo, Marzoratti; Tosto, Marchisio, Moro, Giacomazzi, Giovinco; Vannucchi; Saudati

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Alessandro Del Piero (Juventus)

The Golden Boy has burst back into form since signing his new contract with the club two weeks ago and will certainly be the player to watch in a depleted Juventus line-up. Del Piero is a strong bet to score for the third game in succession.

Sebastian Giovinco (Empoli)

The 20-year-old wonderkid is a star of the future and has recently been tagged as the 'Italian Lionel Messi’. The Azzurrini star has been barely used by Gigi Cagni this season and has been restricted mainly to cameo performances as a substitute. He is likely to start on Wednesday and he will be a real handful to the second-string Juventus defence.

How do you know that he isn't???

You're taking a side against Tiago in this case. Fine. But what exactly did you do when Capello was benching Del Piero, Stu? You didn't take sides with Capello in that case, did you? Absolutely not. You didn't see Alex in training like Capello did either. So what gives here?

There's so much hypocrisy on this forum it's unbelievable. People start hating on players they've never even see play for their side.
:agree:

Until we see Tiago play all we can do is speculate why Ranieri isn't giving him a chance, but we can't know for sure why isn't the guy playing.

On Sunday Ranieri was asked about Tiago and his answer was kind of reserved. He didn't say a bad word about Tiago but he wasn't praising him either. It was a diplomatic answer. Then Fabio Capello saw Ranieri struggling with the answer and he tried to save him by entering the discussion and sayin " Coaches like me and Claudio often get this same question and we always have the same answer : Why aren't you playing player x ? Because i want to win, that's why ! "
Then they both burst into laughter.

So i wonder if that's the reason why Ranieri isn't playing Tiago. The other guys in his position are doing good and Juve is winning more than planned. Maybe Ranieri is satisfied with this situation and he doesn't want to change anything. Or maybe there is something else going on between Ranieri and Tiago.
Like i said, we can only speculate for now.
