As everyone has pointed out, the defense cost us a deserved 3 pts. Our fb's need to improve big time, especially with regards to their marking. They need to mark a lot tighter when out wide. The opposition is almost always able to send in a cross/pass despite Motta/DC squaring them up (cost us 2 goals today), b/c our fb's leave too much space between them. Id rather they pressure them close and risk getting beat, as with a 4-4-2 we have our wingers to cover for them. Were giving the opposition too much time to think when out wide.

Otherwise we improved leaps and bounds over last week. Once we have a center forward in the lineup and Aquilani is breathing down Marchisio's neck (agree with Osman on Marchisio), this new look Juve will continue to get better.

Our mid and forwards played well. Our defence was just shit. Chiellini and Bonucci just didn't do much, and our FBs were simply awful. Krasic played very well, and he should play the full 90mins.

We put in a good performance overall, better 2 weeks ago for sure but we really need to stop making these defensive errors..these small mistakes is what takes you from 3rd to 7th

Motta did alright going forward but was a complete disaster on D. Grygera needs to start ahead of him. That being said I don't think he's a "shit" player.

Bonucci didn't exactly have the greatest game. Looked like he lost concentration once in a while.

Pepe's performance stepped up greatly His best yet in our jersey. Good stuff.

Quagliarella wasn't bad imo, if Del Piero had a good game then Quag would have had a better game.

Melo was awesome and really made up for that brainfart that could have cost us a goal. I hope he keeps it up.

DC: I can't take it anymore. Him & Motta were our weakest link and cost us the win.

All in all I think we've made improvements. Pepe & Krasic were actually creating shit out there & our attackers were getting good deliveries. Our defense needs to be revisited however, namely our wingback's.

The thing I'm most glad about after this match is that we don't play against Cassano every week. Definitely one of the best players in Serie A.

Melo and Krasic were beasts today. Bonucci shouldn't be positioned that much high in the defense line, he's too slow to recover back. Motta and De Ceglie were hopeless. Del Piero shouldn't play a full 90 minutes.
