I'd rather have him on the bench, or let the Parma game decide. I don't have much faith in DP vs fast and heavy defenders while that is when Zlatan shines.
Zlatan has shined in 2 games through out this season...while Del Piero....? :shifty:

At any rate, Del Piero only regained his place in the starting lineup through his impressive performances in the Coppa and coming off the bench. I don't see why Ibra shouldn't get the same treatment if Capello really has a team of "untouchables".
U r right but I think he was getting the same treatment the last 4 weaks but he must start some game in order to regain his form coz we are getting into the decisive part of the season & we really need Ibra to be at his best in order to win the Championsss.

DP will start tonight and most probably score. Thats good for us if he does cos hes scoring in the games when we are resting other strikers for the important games where DP always seems to be missing in terms of performances. He doesnt do it in the big games no more. I feel safer with Ibra-Trez in eg:C.L than Trez-DP in the league.

I'd like for you to point out which two games he has shined in, and which games he played like crap.

Or check the Milan - Juve game last year, when DP had a couple worthless games before the clash. And wasn't he brilliant? Big stars shine when motivated, and Inter is better suited for Zlatan then Alex. If Zlatan does well vs Parma he's starting. I'm sure Capello got my back on this one.

I'll name you the matches son,

    Chievo
    Parma
    Messina
Bayern(though he scored a goal, he was still shite)
    Milan
    Bayern(red card)
    Fiorentina(In the league)
    Cagliari
    Lazio
    Siena
    Palermo
    Chievo
    Empoli
    Roma(Red card)

    These what I remmber.

Not to forget for a striker to have the amount of goals that a Defender like Fabio Cannavaro is having is pretty low.

IMO, Roma and Treviso..I didnt get to see last season fully but Zlatan was producing good skills and scoring often, now I didn't say Zlatan shouldnt start for Inter, I think he should and then Del Piero should come later on as a sub..

I must disagree on Fiorentina & Parma's games where he was the reason that we won the 2 games(Anyway against Parma he wasnt good but he finished the game with a magic pass & against Fiorentina he played a great game & IMo he was the man of the match)For all the others games that u mentioned he sure played very bad.

If you're talking about the Coppa away game, he sure didn't do bad. In the league I actually didn't find him inform though he was dribbling couple of times, but thats not enough..Thanks to David and Mauro who gave us the game at that time. About the Parma Ibra didnt play as a starter but he sure played over 30min in the game, and he did absolutly nothing.

In the game vs Milan this year DP changed our style of play.He did what Ibra and Trez could not do.If you remember he gave great passes and in the end he could score with a marvelous volley. So why not to play against Inter,IMO if he won't play well Cap will sub him immediatly

I think ibra should start on the bench a few games so he understands that if he play badly that we have a lot of good player to take his place in the starting lineup..

Ok! stop this garbage with the zlatan playing rubbish cos most of those matches above were the whole teams bad performances. Milan/Bayern we couldnt string 2 passes together if i recall. When Zlatan plays well everyone bums him, and when he has a dip in form everyone cant stand him. Whys not anyone mentioning camo? going by recent performances? Its a team game. He cant do everything himself.:disagree:

    Shame on you slags! LOL

No I mtalking the game in the league & the magic pass of the 2nd goal he passed to trezy which went after that to Camo & as for Parma's game he wasnt good in th 30 min. he played but in the last 2 min. he passe a magnificent pass to Viera who scored & Viera said after the game that Ibra'smind was the reason why we won.Anyway I m not defending his form this year he stiil have a lot to do to regain his form.

Sorry but against Milan all the team sucked especially the Brilliant Chimenti & we were playing as ateam like shit & Milan were controlling the midfield.

Indeed its low, yet he shouldn't be judged after goals this season. Capello has given him another role, he's more often outside the penalty area in goal opportunities then inside. And he did have the most assists in Serie A for a while.

    Most of those games are
    Chievo - dont remember
    Parma - Zlatan did good
    Messina - dont remember
Bayern(though he scored a goal, he was still shite) - everyone was shite
Milan - Yep he never seems to deliver vs milan
Bayern(red card) - Ye red card was stupid
Fiorentina(In the league) - Zlatan was great
    Cagliari - Zlatan did fine
    Lazio - Missed it
Siena - Don't remember much, he got me pist in this one though
Palermo - Yep not he's best game
Chievo - DP was worse then Ibra, everyone sucked in that game.
Empoli - Zlatan didn't play in this one
Roma(Red card) - Unfair call, he deserved yellow.

Anyways, I want Zlatan vs Inter and Del Piero vs Milan. You don't change a winning concept. Let Zlatan play tonight and evaluate he's form, then decide.
