the depth of this squad is ehm questionable. pogba's still a kid and our forwards is as dangerous as eeyore.

Our whole team plays way too slowly this season.

When Vidal gets the ball it's as though the whole pitch comes to a halt. Caceres on the other hand takes about five minutes to make a pass.

they were down to 10 and had no intention to counter us while we only had caceres and barza defending. not even barca pushes that high with so many because its suicidal, look at roma.
Against Sampdoria we were one more. For 70-60 mins. Your point being?

I'm so fvcking angry right now! Those elections for FIGC president and vice-presidents (or whatever that was) are fvcking us up now. They are designeting the refs as they please.

If you have two arms in the air above your head and the ball hits it, you deserve to give away a penalty.

We have had one's given against us in the past for that and I expect to get a penalty when it happens to us.
Yes, his arms were wide open and wasn't touching his body and that can be seen as a pen, but again it wasn't intentional, it's not like he was trying to block the ball from going to an adversary, he didn't even see what happened. So again, in this kind of situation FIFA recommends that it's up to the referee's interpretation, he's to decide what to do.

Different referees will choose different ways on how to act. It's not a black and white kinda thing.

Thought Pogba was disappointing.

I hear what people are saying about keeping possession but for me he has to do more than play slow 5 yard sideways passes or back to where the ball came from. The speed of them completely slowed down the flow of any counter attack's and many times they were pointless 1-2s with Caceres with nobody around him.

If we are looking for that we might aswell bring Poulsen back.

- marchisio not making forward runs
- flanks not making runs

made it ez to mark vucinic and quag, we started much better second half

- pogba played a great defensive game, didnt make mistakes, broke up attacks, was visually exhausted, impressed for a 19 year old.

- referee should be murdered in the most putrid way

Need Asamoah and Chiellini back soon, too many goals conceded from left side.
Strikers hopeless as always, Anelka cannot be any worse in terms of finishing.
If last 5 minutes were played in Naples or San Siro, the ref would give the home team a penalty and the away team a red card.
Referee and 5th official must have known it was a penalty, at least by the players reaction.
This.

I think almost every goal we've concede in January have come from that side.

Marchisio had a great chance from making a perfect forward run :shifty:
