Matuidi had a monstrous first half as well. Playing that left wing/LCM role to perfection, covering for Ronaldo whenever he moved centrally. Absolutely wiped the floor with that Di Lorenzo dude.

Fucken lols at the way we won the game tho. Almost worth it to cop those three goals from them.

The bright side is that Napoli are a good attacking team. So conceding three goals from them is not the end of the world. Also, we didn’t have our best defender and the line was being held down by a fresh youngin in DeLigt.

The so-so side is that we would’ve conceded a lot more if Shezny hadn’t made some monster saves.

The bad side is how off the team was during the entire second half. That needs to change.


Overall, good result and all time great game.

We play a great match in 1st half. 2nd half is different, we lost the concentration and Napoli capitalize on that.

The 2nd goal from Lozano, De Ligt probably looking out for Mertens movement and he thought Bonucci will intercepted if the pass going to central area

We showing promising and really great show in 1st half. And we need to be able to retain that show for 2nd half. Looking for our 1st half performance ,I think we should close the game and call it a day. But a win still a win and that is the important thing

And I still worry about our defence under this coach.

Our defensive organization was fine, but the lack of understanding between De Ligt and the other defenders almost cost us dearly. This aspect will only improve with time.
