nevermind the ref as it was complete bonkers, but we also were let down yet again by our fullbacks - first goal, fuck up by Cuads and McKennie couldnt handle the guy in the penalty. Second goal - penalty action - Paredes had to cover for MDS who was nowhere to be seen and was too late/faied, this led to the handball situation. this defensive flanks will backfire us many times in the future too. Cuads is not convicing anywhere currently, while MDS is a guy who wont start at Salernitana.

Didnt watch the game but from the highlights i saw all the dangerous chance keep coming because of players misjudge the flight of the ball when trying to intercept it, Paredes, Cuadrado and Bremer. Dont remember seeing so much common mistakes in a highlight recently.

There is a slim possibility the match could be played again.
It's not happening.
Furthermore, I hope management looks at themselves rather than outwards. We manage to pull level with Salernitana. At home. There's not really any positive take-aways other than that no one got injured, 2-3 players did ok, which is a step in the right direction admittedly.

Although I hate the way we play, but I can't believe they did this to us.
We don't have so many good nights these days, they took one of the rare occasion that we could celebrate.
What a scandalous league.

Imagine we had it played again , ending losing instead.

Anyway jokes aside, i dont want a replay of the game. Its refereeing mistake and hope the league owns its and start improving on them . We cant be having every game with a referring mistake to be replayed. Its not just our game , a number of games whereby VAR didnt really do justice.

Regardless of the VAR, this needs to be the final lesson and reminder for all times to all of them at the club. Do your job, play through adversity and show strength mentally and they can't fuck with you.

Juventus from 18/19 and further back would knock off 15 wins in a row after a shitshow like last night and ofc, this Juve does not have that capability, but at least let it serve as a reminder how to handle games like this from now.

I was laughed off for 'the super league tax' statement a few days ago, now we get this :baus:

Candreva's hand and non-existing offside are just two of many incidents that went against Juve these past couple of years. In fact I think I've never seen so many.

Gravina was threatening he'd remove us from the league but obviously he couldn't do that. The 'mistakes' have been a few too many by any standards and they get more blatant with each passing month/season.

It is difficult to decide and it looks Bon Bon was onside already..

But even though..
1- Bon Bon was not blocking the keeper sight to the ball..
2- his attempt to play the ball was after the ball passed him already by margin..
3- his attempt changed nothing for the keeper as the ball was far from his reach already..

Sources from the League have affirmed that the VAR took into consideration the position of Candreva for the disallowed goal of Milik. The explanation was that Var uses a special algorithm in juve matches so as to be able to capture the correct offside position which ordinary cameras can't capture so the right call was made.

We suck tremedously and this is our biggest problem, but those horrific VAR mistakes are haunting us now since way too long.

Over the last few seasons, we had so many VAR decisions going against us, compared to those in favor - and plenty of them felt like incorrect, or at least 50/50% with the decision not going our way.
