Barza was supposed to come on in the second half to test his fitness against Cesena when we were up 3-0, and if everything was right he would have started against Atalanta.

Not sure what changes now.

He hasn't played a single minute, what makes you think he will be a starter?
He has played super well at DM for genoa and i don't want to see pirlo loose posession like he did against cesena.

I am not sure that Barza is fit enough to be a starter....
he came back and played a friendly with the primavara. i'm sure he is fit enough to cope with at least 50-60min

Saturday morning game?!? Amazing. LOVE this time.
@Bianconero_Aus
I hope your cable company upgrades your channels to 4K. Your full blast 9.2 sound system sounds like a lullaby to your neighbours. Your recliner massages your back everytime we pump in a goal.

Confidence is at a season low. Gotta smash them.

- Play Pirlo (so we can have an excuse to bench him against Dortmund - not happening);

- Play Padoin on the left (if he does well again, I'd field him against Dortmund. Evra is not cutting it);

- Play Caceres (Licht is in horrible form. If not possible, save him for Dortmund)

- Play Barzagli (let's see how he's doing. Let Bonucci rest and forget his horrible showing at Cesena)

- Rest Pogba (the guy never ever gets a break. Pirlo overloads him).

- Play Pereyra as an AM (another chance for him at this position. Gotta improve form for Dortmund)

- Tevez and Morata to fuck Atalanta up.

Finish the game in the first half, coast in the second. If everything goes well, give Padoin, Caceres and Pereyra a chance as starters against Dortmund. Bench Evra, Licht, Pirlo.

I guess Pirlo will be starting against Dortmund then.
Wasn't that obviouse ?

==

Why the hell didn't Pogba get carded in the last game ? that was really stupid. He should be rested for Durtmund. I hope our back line will keep up with Durtmunds pace, and I hope to god Pirlo has the game of the year, he has been horrible whole season. I would feel alot safer if we had Marchi as regista.

I have faith in Morata and Tevez. I think we should give Pereyra another chance in the AM role against Atalanta, he might convince us to start him against Durtmund. Either way we might have to start him if we don't want Pirlo to play, unless we use Sturaru.

oh and it's great to have this game on friday.
