I'm still against playing with 1 striker. Had it ended 0-0 (and there was big chance of the game finishing that way thanks to Bonera and Abbia) I would have blamed Conte for the draw.

We dominated the game, ball possession but we still lacked to create a real danger in their penalty area, Vucinic was isolated most of the times and it took Conte so much to make his subs.

When you see a side playing for a draw like Milan last night, can't dominate the midfield and are in-no control of the game put another striker on and attack them. Conte was afraid and it was obvious.

Against Catania, we played with 1 striker (Matri) and he was isolated as-well. And lets be honest we did look clumsy in the middle specially in the first half even if we dominated.

That said, I lost my voice last night, I danced half naked down my block, I love the grinta, I love Conte I love everyone. Our fans were amazing, Chiellini was a beast, Zingaro choked like usually and Bonnuci didn't fuck up. I couldn't ask for more.
Yep, I agree with almost all that.
Conte was a bit afraid and you can tell from the starting 11.
He should be more confident of his Juve now hopefully.

Gotta love the grinta we had too, Marchisio what a warrior.

Yes lichtsteiner had to improve his crossing

We totally owned them with one striker and weak wingers. I believe we could do better with 2 forwards. In such games, we can play Vidal/Marchisio on the flank (it's not like Krasic did something positive last night), and use fast second striker that helps the pressure game and even goes down to try and make problems to the opponent's CM. That way it will be like pressure with 5 midfields, while we get extra forward on the attacks.

Anyway, great win but we must get better. It's a very weak Milan team we faced last night, and even so, I'm not sure what would have happend if Nesta didn't got subbed. Btw, we looked 10 times better in the first half than in the second half. But this win gives hope for the future, for sure.

Just saw this post, 100% Agree. I wanted Conte to change, around 60-65 mintues. We didn't look good in the second half till Nesta left the pitch, and Milan didn't even try to attack. Till Nesta's injury, our only chance for a goal was from a magic single move by Mirko.
