I spent most of the second half trying to think of what Juve could/should do to change things without losing the control they had over the midfield.

However, I really struggled to think of anything Juve could do that would fit the bill.

All I could come up with would have been bring Matri on for Krasic and moving Vucinic a bit to the left or bringing Elia on for Pepe.

Overall, I couldn't really disagree with what Conte said after the game, "...we played so well with the right grit, determination and application. I didn’t make many substitutions, as I was afraid I’d ruin the perfect balance of the side."

There's no way we were going to lose the midfield battle if we took one of Marchisio or Vidal out. Even with 1 player down we were not going to concede any goal from this weak hopeless Milan.

Conte risked but he got 3points, next time he might not

You know Conte said something yesterday and i totally agree with it even though i see your point and i kinda wanted to see a 2nd striker, but tactically he did everything right, he got the team in control and it was all up to luck and players to finish, i mean we didn't lack creativity or anything but taking out a midfielder could have fucked this beautiful flow that we had going and maybe could have been all what Milan midfield needed to breath, changing anything was actually a bit of a gamble especially that any of our 1000000 balls could have easily got in earlier.

We looked great in the first half, but in the seocnd half it really looked like Vucinic need some help. We didn't play well till Nesta left the pitch. I didn't understand why Conte doesn't change. Anyway, we were lucky to score late this time, next time we shouldn't fear, and kill the opponent with 2 forwards.

Let's talk about some facts that anyone here will agree on, Marchisio does play like shit very often than not however no one here can deny that he got the skill and the vision needed to become a great world class player, and that's something rare to find in that position not to mention for Juve ever since the shit what we have been through, so what are his problems? psychological? fitness? training load? all this can be easily fixed and i am sure Conte is working on it, however trashing him day and night and eventually selling him will result to a situation similar to when Inter sold Pirlo to Milan, now do you want us to live through that?

In most games when Juve are that dominant, Juve will be a goal or two up before the last few minutes.

As good as Juve's dominance was, they were very wasteful and made some poor decisions around the box.

That should improve as players adapt to the way of playing and develop a better understanding with each other.
