So, an honest question - if the rapport between players and coach is broken and the trust and respect is gone, why would the players enter the field fully motivated for the win AND to save the manager`s job? Lots of cases where same players have poor performances ---> change of coach ---> back to their best form in literally no time...
That's what Chelsea would do and we're not like them. We win this match and then Inter are out of the race, plenty of motivation there against the arch enemy with our former player and coach who needs to be humbled. Nothing is lost yet this season and this match should be like a jalapeno up the butt of our players, a win here is massive especially after Lyon and makes a lot of problems disappear instantly. Also, Inter poop the bed in important matches.

Keeper
Cuad - Bon - De Ligt - Sandro
Matuidi
Rabiot - Bentancur
Ramsey
Dybala - Ronaldo

They're supposed to play for the club, not the fucking coach.

Pretty much everything was lost the minute the club announced their decision to put the team in the hands of a random rookie unexperienced at top level pensioner who is the epitome of the eternal loser, one of many reasons why most of the people, me included, have zero expectations from this campaign and predicted a major flop and a zero tituli season, something that is on course of happening.

And nope, a random win, even in the derby, doesnt make a lot of problems disappear instantly, wtf? It doesnt solve the problem, it delays it - a win vs Inter is just as likely to happen as a loss at Bologna away a week later, or vice versa, doesnt really matter. Last several years there were times when the team wasnt playing good football but still had the ability to win every game, because you had a fixer of problems and an intelligent leader who may have conserved energy every second possible but also had the ability to change a game in our favor in seconds and at the end - what matters the most is the result.

Now not only we do not have a problem fixer, we have a creator of problems and they are pilling up and multiplying with every single game. So yeah, wishing for a fairy tale scenario where things magically turn good and problems disappear on their own is fantasy. Reality is what we are witnessing week in week out for these past months - a mix of players, some with great potential, some not good enough for this club, who dont play as a team or at the level required, they have a hard time understanding the retarded ideas of our insignificant nobody and the performances are fair and just - they play the way the coach tells/shows/wants them to play, if they try to play different, or as others might call it - actual football, they risk the ex Stia, Faellese, Cavriglia, Valdema, Tegoleto, Sansovino, Sangiovannese, Arezzo, Grosseto, Alessandria and Sorrento manager to drop them from the team.

Right. Because Rabiot is such a warrior. :howler: He's a softie as well.

Bentancur isn't physically weak.
Rabiot is physically stronger than Bentancur. That's for sure. Rabiot's workrate? That's another matter.

Bentancur isn't as weak as Ramsey and pjanic, not close. But Physicality isn't a trait he's known for. I've seen him getting bullied by a strong midfielder more than once. He makes up for it with his good workrate and quality on the ball.

Bottom line is, a midfield of Ramsey-Bentancur-Pjanic is disastrous especially against Conte's side.

Ramsey, Bentancur, Rabiot should do the job.

My point was that a win against Inter should spur us on to win the league. It should give us confidence against Milan in the Coppa and ease pressure for the Lyon game. We're at home for Inter and Milan, we are in a superior position already and I fully expect for us to redeem ourselves after Lyon. The real barometer is the performance in the CL so the horrific performance against Ajax sealed Allegri's fate despite his legendary domestic successes. If we go out on a whimper in the CL to any team, Sarri will be gone for sure.

They're supposed to play for the club, not the fucking coach.
Maybe 5 out of the 20 players are playing at their level. Some have regressed so badly that they can't even pass and you can't blame that on Sarri. There was an early interview with Del Piero when he first came to Juve. He said he used to fold his shirt neatly before he left training because he understood where he was playing, the greatness of the club. He was in and out of favour with different coaches, had a terrible injury and yet he gave his best. Again, maybe 5 out of 20 players are giving their best today and its also why Chiellini is so important because he leads by example.
