It's time to turn our season around.

Win nothing else. My only concern would be 343 which is only formation our new coach is good at. Also there is not much time to prepare players.

even though i think hiring Zac is an awful decision IMO, but atleast we may pull a Palermo, you see whenever the morals are down at palermo Zamparini sacks the coach and hire a new coach. everyone wan to prove himself and a couple of wins comes by.
its not about 3-4-3 or whatever its that Zac atleast know how to make 3-4-3 work or any other formation.

Candreva cannot play wide right, he can either play in the centre of a 4 man midfield or else the wide in a three man midfield(which is a totally different role to wide in a 4 man). Playing him out of position will mean we will suffer, and he will not be able to get his long shots in

Knowing Zaccheroni's past, against Lazio there is a very good chance we will see something similar to one of these formations
3-4-3
Buffon
Legro Cannavaro Chiellini
Salihamdzic Sissoko Melo Grosso
Diego Amauri Del Piero

OR
3-5-2
Buffon
Legro Cannavaro Chiellini
Salihamdzic Sissoko Melo Grosso
Diego
Amauri Del Piero

With the possibilities of candreva playing on the right and De Cegli playing in the left, instead of Salihamdzic and grosso respectively.

There is also a chance of seeing a fullback replacing one of the back three: e.g. Grygera playing in Legro's position or Grosso on Chiellini's position.

The great thing about the 3-4-3 (or 3-5-2-) formation is that it takes away our greatest weakness FULLBACKs. Instead you have two side midfielders with defensive duties.

1-0 will do for this match and the rest of the season. I don't care how we win, just win.
Exactly, this season is lost. We need to get out of this season to forget with the minimal damages. The perfect case scenario is that we snatch the 2nd position and win the Europa Cup. BUT a reasonable target would be top 4 in the Serie A and an advanced stage at the Europa Cup so we can make some money for the won games.

Buffon and Grosso are suspended and Sali is injured
