2 of my uncle's were at that game in 85, sad day for any juve supporter :(
I had a ticket for the infamous Z area but had to sell it to a friend of mine as one of my teachers threatened me to fail me in her subject if I didn't turn up for the class that was taking place the same day of that game. My friend managed to come back safe in his body but totally screwed in his mind, he is still on prozac and valium after so many years

Yesterday I published this in the Champions League thread.

Juventus has played in its history 50 finals, with "only" 29 wins (58% success rate)
This is the summary
Italian competitions total 18W 12L (60% success rate)
Campionato 3W 3L (50%)
Coppa Italia 9W 5L (64%)
Supercoppa 6W 4L (60%)

International competitions total 11W 9L (55% success rate)
Coppa Fiere/UEFA/EL 3W 3L (50%)
Champions 2W 5L (28%)
Intercontinentale /World Cup 2W 1L (66%)
European Supercup 2W 0L (100%)
Cup winners Cup 1W 0L (100%)
Intertoto 1W 0L (100%)

So basically the home record is slightly better and the international one is brought down by the CL poor displays.
6 of those finals were decided by penalties and we won 3 and lost 3, so perfect balance.
I wouldn't call our record a choker's one, but we can definitley improve it although by definition a final is a 50/50 call and we are doing slightly better than the odds.

Finally, in most archives the Coppa delle Fiere is not considered an official competition and therefore if we take out the 2 finals lost in that competition our success rate is an excellent 61% which is, for instance, better than Barcelona 58% not to mention Bayern 52%.

Our starting 11 is becoming more and more old and predictable...

Buffon - Licht, Bonucci, Chiellini, Evra - Pirlo, Pogba, Marchisio, Vidal - Tevez, Llorente

We've got a lot of holes in this team. We're too slow defensively, Pirlo offers slim to no protection. Llorente too slow, Tevez doesn't offer great agility anymore (not that he needs to be replaced, but he needs faster players around). Vidal is in very bad form and clearly not a natural AM. We clearly lack speed and flair. Litch is solid, but hasn't been a reliable offensive weapon. No comments for Evra.

Evra's been actually great since he recovered from the injury and I'd say one of our best players for December, don't know why there's this trend of criticizing him. It's become kind of cool to spit on him, like for saying that Vidal has become worse than Padoin while the guy, whilst not being at his best in 2013-14, it's often doing his job more than fine.

I enjoy looking at the profiles of people like yourself, it's satisfying to know that your moronic nature is not restricted to this one thread but it is in actual fact an indication of your low IQ level which is clear to see in everyone of your posts in other threads. Disturbingly you seem to take pride in being a twit, dwelling on the lowest wrung in society, draining resources and being a burden that simply can't be thrown away like normal garbage is. People like myself ultimately get the last laugh, safe in the knowledge that despite your ignorant nature, life will pay you back in the way that you deserve!
