There's no need to pretend the odds of the universe are against us when it's so unbelievably obvious that OUR players are not doing a good job. too many key players either injured or out of form, morata should have started, i dont ever wanna see ogbonna play for us again, EVER! I dont like allegri and never wnated him here, but i truly believe he wants to chance things, but that takes time.

theres no matter of perspective here, as bad as were we dominated them and pinned them back the whole game, their counters were shit and they never troubled us from dead ball situations; but i guess everyone was so keen on how we played they forgot to see the other side.

that doesnt contradict what i presented, we should be playing & finishing a lot better, BUT genoa on the other hand did very little to suggest they were anywhere close to winning, proof everyone here chalked this game up as 0-0 in around the 70th minute, they never troubled us.

Okay but regardless of this result given our current performances we knew this was coming. If we came for a draw then allegri is a moron.

We didnt deserve to lose, but we did, no matter how you look at it, thats 0 points for us, and that brought Roma same on points with us. Juve have not looked good at all at away matches, Genoa did their work and have Perin to thank, though Morata kind of shot all of them at tight angles, still good job by Perin.

Juve and Allegri are so predictable, and we will see opponents doing this to us if he keeps this tactic, having Bonucci at the RCB makes things even worse for us at the back. Allegri really needs to get this team to play differently, even if we want to be defensive, we need to still be different, even i knew every move we were gonna make especially without Pirlo, with just 1 video or 2 from our latest away matches, opponents will have a bigger chance to cause an upset.

Its pretty simple, yes, they were lucky with their 1 chance, but they were the team that deserved a point with the way they handled our very dull attacks them getting all 3 was just our own stupidity + luck + them taking their chance. Perin man of the match surely.

I really hope this loss was like the loss we suffered against Fiorentina last season, it kinda gave us that kick we needed to perform, hopefully this also marks the start of more creative approach and fingerscrossed the 4-3-3 we really need to see!

-we can't finish and that needs addressed asap. Dzeko?
-whether we play sloppy or attractive, we still are creating the chances and having an inform llorente or morata would be massive, we can't always count on tevez
-vidal needs to sort himself out quickly
-Perin needs to be Buffon's replacement, classy keeper me likey


I really think once we get a healthy Barzagli back we will see a lot less scattered play coming from the back. We have 2 REALLY awkward CB's when the ball is at their feet and it only compounds the issue as many times as buffon gets them the ball for a quick distribution out of the back. We created far too many chances to not get the 3 points today, but that's football. Shit happens. 3 points, all well there are still a lot of games. I can't even blame the 352 which I hate eternally because we should have banged in at least 2 goals with it. We created the chances. The only thing I blame Allegri for is the Llorente start, everything else should fall back on our team's sluggishness in front of goal. Looks like Tevez is cooling off at the worst possible time...when everyone else is in a slump.

I am all for change, but change has to make sense. Putting Ogbonna in a role that he's still bad at AND taking Bonucci out of his comfort zone is just stupid

But we need to stop with this formation. We get sucked into having 2 of our center backs trying to make things happen in the forward half. Leaving us incredibly susceptible to counter attacks. Look at Genoa's goal and in Greece.

Soo glad I stopped watching at halftime. Even happier for the loss. It's a wake up call for a change of mentality a change of personnel and a change of formation. To beat juve all you need is a little bit of pressing and they fold. How I long for the day when Juve executes attacks like Real Madrid. I watched el Clasico last week and Madrid was putting in crosses from the flanks, attacking from the middle, counterattacking, etc. Juve needs to change into that brand of football, yet not lose that defensive edge. In the first 10mins of juve-genoa the ball was on our wings yet was never crossed into the box- instead found its way back to our "creative" backline. A good way to stifle our own momentum. This has to stop.

Oh, another thing I'm noticing from other teams: They know Buffon mostly opts for a quick throw or pass to one of our back 3. Well, when you have 2 awkward CBs with the ball at their feet, what do you do? You pressure the fuck out of them and run at them and they panic aka Ogbonna's yellow.

Guarantee it. Watch and see. Teams have already figured it out. Can't do it with Barzagli because he is much cooler than the others but its like having two roosters in the same cage...shit gets ugly.
