I think the lack of rest is affecting his performances. Against Genoa he was a beast. He absolutely changed the game. But against Chelsea and against Chievo he seemed tired and lacked concentration. I think being on the bench for one match will do wonders for him. If we're going nowhere (like we were against Genoa) throw Vucinic on to save the day.

I don't think he seems to be tired. He actually seems to be in very good form tbh. He's annoying sometimes, but it's true... his intelligence, first touch and quick passes are very important for this team to work offensively. Sometimes it's beautiful to watch. The problem is that he's very irregular, having mental lapses during the game. But so far he's been very important to this team and is performing better than last season.

Anyway... Fiorentina out should be tougher than Roma at home. Fiorentina out will be a very tough game, one of the hardest of the season.

I'd use everybody available against Fiorentina. Against Roma definitely rest Marchisio and maybe Vucinic and Asamoah.

Vucinic has been annoying not useless. Even when looking like he does not give a fuck he showed up on enough moments to make the team look dangerous. The one who is supposed to be on the bench is rightly so sitting on it (and suprisingly not moaning about it,yet).

Vucinic needs to be rested for a match tough, maybe use him like a supersub against the purple rats if needed.

I watched Fiorentina versus Parma. Fiorentina played somewhat of a poormans juve type game. They play a decent and somewhat attractive possesion game, but they lack bite, despite Jovetic' presence. Jovetic is a gem, but still a very raw one. Makes a lot of poor decisions. The midfielders are illustrative for this fiorentine side; technically able, but without punch. Power and pressure in midfield should win this game.
