i dont buy that, vidal was played on the right for God knows why, and we had our fair share of chances and missed them because we simply choked and that has nothing to do with the pitch.
I don't see it as choking because Juve have been wasteful all season.

Unless you believe Juve have been choking in heaps of games this season.

Not much to say about the game.

Juve dominated and created a decent number of chances, but were wasteful.

Still, the win is all that counts.

Feel that Juve players could be a bit more inclined to try to beat their man when one-on-one, just for variety if nothing else. Things can get a bit stale and sideways when you are just shunting the ball back and forward waiting for a wingback to cross or for Pirlo to try something clever.

If there was a danger of someone beating their man one-on-one the opposition would double up and leave space somewhere else.

Cesena really made a physical game out of it. We were simple losing to much possession and our attackers couldn't hold the ball very long. Matri was awful today, but you can't really blame him since it's his first game since weeks and his confidence level is probably very low. Luckily now we are winning games like these, which means we are growing as a team. In the beginning of the season we would never win a game where we weren't playing good. Still we dominated the match and we created several changes to finish the game earlier.

But yeah, we should focus on the next game already. Milan (ibra) seems to be frustrated and i see them dropping points in the coming weeks. This really may not go wrong anymore...

apparently Bonucci said the artificial surface was giving them cramps near the end, so its not all BS.

and lol, majority can see Marchisio was the strongest performer, except for the regulars who get butthurt when they see his name.

well no wonder gave us such a hard time, I just knew this loss to them means a definite relegation spot for them.
well they reminded themselves too late for that , if they had played like this all year they wouldn't have been relegated

Very much agreed, 70-75% possession is nice and all (best defensive tactic there is hehe), but we are so incredibly predictable and slow with possession against settled defences its unreal. Incredibly few quick decisions being taken or doing something out of the norm. It was litterally either give Pirlo the ball all the time who has to look around puzzled with 10 opposition defenders infront of him covering everywhere, or Caceres making low poor crosses (DC barely attempted any).

Players to break the pattern with individual effort generally tend to be Vucinic, who is our best defender but is the time to prefer to dwell and be static with the ball, generally lost momentum in our attacks with that habit, or Vidal running every where trying to 1-2 and dribble on the right. Pointless. Thats why we really need an exceptional SS/winger, to break the pattern.
