This is going to be our last less difficult match compared to whats coming up in the next 5-6 weeks so and obviously you want players you trust playing in those big games against Milan Napoli and Co. so I really think Conte would get Elia Vidal Quag and even a run out to Chelo in this game. They need to get up to match speed. You can do all the high tempo training you want and play all the serie d teams you want in training but it will still never match a proper game.

To be honest at the minute I'd only use Vidal for a 3 man midfield.

We have 5 strikers in the team. 4 of them in superb conditions I'd say. We have to use two of them at least and play Vidal in his position. I'm not a big fan of changing tactics weekly. If something is working keep it, just adjust the starting 11.

424 to a 433 is so easy, all it takes really is one sub to switch it over. We need to learn to be more versatile, so when one formation isn't working we can switch in gameplay.

You know Elia's not played one minute since coming here, I think what we're doing now is finding team harmony then we'll start the new guys.

I think Marchisio offers more of a guarantee in the two man midfield at the minute.
