:disagree: pretty average i'd say
We are the most successful NT in Africa by a distance. We have the two most successful clubs in Africa as well one of which (Al Ahly) is tied with Barca as the club with the most international trophies in the world. Football is the most popular sport in Egypt.

On the other hand, Russia never won anything, has no players at the level of Salah, has no clubs that ever did anything outside of the Russian league, while Ice Hockey is the most popular sport. If you were from a football country I'd have listened to you, but since you are russian, I will only value your opinion on Hockey.

You stopped counting at some point. If anything Milan, Real and Barca are behind Ahly and Barca has recently equaled them.

As Barcelona wrapped up the FIFA Club World Cup title in Japan with a 3-0 win over River Plate in the final, they set a new benchmark. It was the fifth trophy of the calendar year for Luis Enrique’s side. They had already won the treble of the Champions League, La Liga and Copa del Rey titles last season and added the UEFA Super Cup to their incredible trophy haul in August.
The Club World Cup was the Barcelona’s 20th non-domestic trophy in the club’s history – both continental and international. They are now tied with Egyptian club Al-Ahly who have also won 20 international titles.
Barcelona have now won five Champions League trophies, four Cup Winners’ Cups, three Fairs Cup titles, five European Super Cups and three Club World Cup titles. They had already been confirmed the best in Europe after the UEFA Super Cup win in August. The record third Club World Cup title now sees them move into first place – tied with the African side and ahead of other European giants such as Real Madrid and AC Milan (both of whom have won more European Cup/UEFA Champions League titles).
Al-Ahly have won the Afro-Asian Cup once, the CAF Champions League eight times, the African Cup Winners' Cup four times, the CAF Super Cup six times and the CAF Confederation Cup. They hold the record for most wins in the CAF Champions League, African Cup Winners' Cup and CAF Super Cup.

Soviet won that title, even if the Soviet titles were later allocated to Russia as main big nation, pretty much many of the best players besides the legendary goalies, Ivanov and some others in these decades were majority Ukrainians like Belanov, Protasov and Blokhin. Allmost all of them Dynamo Kiev players. Nearly entire lineups in 70s and 80s were Ukrainian players from there.

So what? Russian federation took all the debts of ussr and all the achievements too, so what if they were ethnically Ukrainians?! They are part of history of Russian football, there are many ethnical Ukrainian people in Russia(and from other Ex soviet republic too) with Russian passports, so their possible achievements in the different spheres of life won't count as Russian achievements?! Lmao

This is Russia vs Egypt argument on footballing level. Why would you talk about Soviets as Russian only acheivement when it was comprised of dozen of nations, and most of the better players came from Ukraine? Who cares if Russia took on the debt and were given the acheivements on the record as successors, thats just academical novelty. They werent Russian only acheivements because Ukranians and other nationalities acheived them too, and thats a fact.

All achievements of ussr were given to Russian federation on official level in every big association including Fifa, Uefa, world Olympic committee etc etc, so u can say what u wanna say, nobody gives a shit, Russia is like USA, it's full with 100+ nationalities, but according to you they are not Russians but Ukrainians or whoever, but we can go deeply and find a real fact that current Egyptians have nothing in common with original ancient Egyptians, but nobody call them fake Egyptians or something
