I can see where he is coming from when looking at the whole tweet in context. After Inter won the CL, they made no significant changes, and basically hung on to all of their old players. Juve won't sit idly by and rest on their laurels after Saturday, irrespective of the outcome
I think it's positive that Juve is being run like a business rather than a family. Just look at how Del Piero was ousted by the club. They are cynical, but they are winning so who can complain?

I don't know how to interpret your smilie in the original post.
It was an ironic smilie.

That sellout is a shitcunt. Supports The Red Cunts from Manchester and has the gall, the audacity to say we are being run like a business :howler:

@Mark
Dont open next season CL thread. Lets not even open it, burn it down. If we get to final you can make another game thread.

TBH I really don't care about Serie A. Even if we don't win the league next season. The quality of teams in Italy is so poor, the leagues practices, operations are so dated that it's an obvious detriment to the teams, their fans, etc.. They are still living in the 90s when Italy was top dog. While the rest of the world lives in the now.

I'm really only interested and concerned w/ Juve in the CL, not provincial aspirations of clubs like Roma, Napoli

It's going to be hard to be interested in anything next year :D
I really couldn't give a fuck at this point, I'm sure that will change come week 1 but yeah.

The fact that there are folks here who still take pride in winning Serie A is troublesome.

It's hypocritical to call Roma, Napoli provincially-minded clubs w/ provincial aspirations when Juve fans think conquering a league 6 times in a row is an accomplishment rather than a facade of a very poor league from top to bottom in every regard.

I don't take pride in Juve being the tallest midget

Are you calling our management provincial then ? :shifty:

Juve fans take pride in winning the league because the board's aspirations are restricted to that. They don't explicitly send a message that the objective is to win in Europe. It's always the scudetto that comes first. And it's probably the reason why this club has won only 2 CL's in its history.

Don't even give a crap about the league. I'd fly to Italy to hand the trophy to Napoli or Roma if it means winning the CL next year.
