Milan were getting absolutely hammered and there was no suggestion they were going to get anywhere in that game until Tonelli and Jorginho decided to fuck up and invite Milan into the game.

After that, Milan played pretty well and Napoli got tense.

Napoli still had chances to score more goals, but it became a pretty interesting even contest.

Napoli and Sarri really struggled to decide how to deal with Abate once Milan pushed him up. Sometimes Insigne tracked him, sometimes Hamsik, sometimes no-one. Was poor from Insigne/Napoli that they couldn't expose the space Milan left open on that side when Abate went beyond Insigne.

Milan put on a pretty good demonstration of how to attack against Napoli's narrow set-up. Sosa hit a lot of good long diganals to the wings and quickly got Milan in position to put in crosses.

It is what I said when Pioli got the Inter job.

Inter has a good squad. I mean which squad is better beside Juventus (and maybe Napoli)? I think none. The only two bad starting players are the fullbacks and I think they will search for some new backs in this summer. Attacking wise they've great options with Icardi, Banega, Candreva, Perisic, Gabigol and Eder. Midfield is also ok, not as great as Napoli's, Juve's and Roma's tbh but with Kondogbia (he's playing good again), Joao Mario, Gagliardini, Medel and Brozovic you've enough to cover the two spots.

I said Pioli is a coach that let a team work how it belongs to work. He is doing that exactly. Inter wins the matches they need to win but nothing more. Pioli is the typical coach who can let every team do their 'expected' job but never will be outstanding. With outstanding I mean letting Atalanta finishing 5th or things like that. I think Pioli is a good coach but will never be worldclass because he miss the special element to 'overachieve' with a team.

Ideal coach to bring stability in the club to be honest.

In the summer they need to do a 'major clear' and discharge all the rotten apples/useless players:
- Felipe Melo (they let him go this period)
- Ranocchia
- Nagatomo
- Santon
- Palacio (sorry for him, but he is not good enough anymore)
- Ansaldi
- Biabiany

that guy looks special to me. his stamina is something he has to improve, but other than that, he's a surprisingly mature player, especially if you consider his age and serie a experience.
