who will be our pk taker knowing Alex isn't on the pitch?
We hardly ever won penalties in the last 3-4 years without Alex on the pitch (yes, he won most of our penalties), so it doesn't really matter who's gonna be the penalty taker.
Nedved retired, the refs don't give fouls to Krasic anymore and Alex isn't on the pitch = no penalties.

Matri for example scored 20 goals, 0 penalties.
And Quagliarella is a striker who scored 13,12,13,11, 9 (half season) in the last 5 years. So more or less he's a ~12 goal striker. If we pay 25m for someone to replace Quag, and considering Quag's overall contribution (not just the goals), then it better not be a 14-15 goal striker.
If Rossi comes he'll need to bang 18-25 goals per season only in serie A to be considered a good transfer.

P.S: Same goes for Aguero.

each to their own.. whoever we sign needs to love the shirt they are playing for, that's all i want.
I want to see Juve finish above Inter for once!
don't worry we will finish above inter next season not that am confident we will be great more than am confident that they will suck more :D

I just saw that video with Rossi's 32 goals from this season and I counted 9 penalty goals. Since at least for the time being he's not gonna be a penalty taker in Juve and since Juve aren't a team that wins lots of penalties (4-5 per season at most), his goal telly from last season drops to 23 goals, of which only 14 were in La Liga.
I love you.

If you break down their goals count it will be like this :

Aguero : 20 Goals (1 penalty) in 32 Games (league) \ 3 goals in 4 games (cup) \ 4 goals in 5 games (Europe).
Rossi : 18 Goals ( 4 penalties) in 36 games (League) \ 3 goals in 5 games (cup) \ 11 goals (5 penalties) in 15 games (Europe)

And also In the league:

Aguero scored in 14 different match, 4 braces and 1 hattrick. has been Man of the match in 8 games.
Rossi scored in 16 different match, 2 braces. Has been Man of the match 6 times.

In Europe Aguero scored in 2 games, a brace against chelsea in CL, and a brace against sporting in EL. he played 5 games in total.
but Rossi did go far in EL with his team, he played 15 games in EL, Scored his 11 goals in 9 different games. as I said, 5 of his goals were penalties.

And please let us not compare Quagliarella to Rossi, one just oozes awsomeness and cool and the other looks like my foot.

So, it's probably best not to get an attacker :D

Seeing how chances of either Rossi or Aguero scoring 20 goals just aren't that high.
