As predicted throughout the season, we had an obligation to sign those 4 players. We bought them last summer already, it was just presented as loan+rights to buy.
We didn't need a board meeting for something that was already agreed last summer (or winter in Matri's case).
I know we had an obligation to sign Pepe but are you sure that's the same with the other three?

"Juventus are believed to be close to signing Sergio Aguero.

The Argentine international is rated as one of the best forwards in world football, and he has expressed a desire to leave Atletico Madrid during the summer.

Chelsea and Manchester City have long been linked with the 23-year-old, but the Premier League duo look set to miss out according to reports in Italy.

It is claimed the Bianconeri are on the verge of sealing a £22million deal for Aguero, which would also see unnamed player heading to the Vicente Calderon to top up the package."

I'd say they took that from the talksport.co.uk site, therefore it's poo-poo
