So our chances to sign Aguero this year are minimal.
Although it has always been Real's trademark, of splashing huge cash for one more forward they dont need (in their quest to become the most attractive club in the world and in the only league that spectacle pays off) this time they have Mourinho, he is not quite the fan of such tactics, he is the only one coach in the last decade, that actually managed to bring a change in Real's strategy. He is influent enough, to promote his agenda and i doubt that after buying the players he demands, Real will splash 45mil, just for the jerseys and the advertises/hype (unless they do have in mind to sell benzema to juve)
Aguero wants a top club, Bayern is one of the top 10 clubs, who can offer him, CL, titles, glory and all little Juve cant.
I dont see how he would accept a transfer in a serie A, for a mid table team, instead of great Bayern, do not the Germans, they are rising really really fast and methodically, they will soon surpass serie A.
But there isnt such a chance, because:
At any case this will be the transfer saga of the summer.
I believe that we will end up giving that 35 mil to sign Quaq and Quaq in the end,
