If the "secret" meeting they had a couple of weeks ago with Kun's agent and that Juve's contract guy was there too then something is going on. Usually when somebody enters Juve HQ the sauces know something about it.

    why do you think that?
First, I think the Bayern rumours are bullshit. They have a wonderful attack already, they just need to fix their back line.
Second, Bundesliga is very foreign to Aguero, I think he'd prefer and strive more in Italy. No hard evidence for that, but just a gut feeling.

Fuck off, kid. Sincerely, Atletico :)
    35 mln E + Tiago(5) = 40 mln E for me would be enoguh .
Better for them to get 40 mln E from Juventus rather get 45 mln E from Real Madrid .
For me as Juve fan would be better to sell Chiellini for 40 mln E in Barcelona rather than to Inter for 50 mln E (I hope we won't never sell him :) )

And i agree with Joe , i don't think he wants to join Bayern .
Bayern has great team and players like Robben&Ribery would like to leave for squads from Italy Milan,Inter ... Juve (If we would be playing in CHL).

    :agree:

Ultimately I think this is going to come down to what the player wants (obvious statement I know), but if he really wants to move to Madrid there's not really much Atletico can do should their rivals meet the buyout clause.

Hope he likes pig heads being thrown at him if thats the case :p

Aguero needs to smarten up if he really wants to go to Real. He has to face Higuain, Benz and CR7. Madrid have so many second strikers its ridiculous. Also , Aguero needs to have some respect and loyalty to A. Madrid and its fans by respecting the fact you dont pull a figo and go to one of your biggest rivals. On another part of this story.

Marotta needs to stop being cheap and think. A.Madrid are not going to go 15m below the buy out clause. Obviously your not a very good negotiator so stop low balling a player who can in turn give you so much more revenue. We can afford it while still being well below the uefa fair play rule. As someone said before I think 8M more plus a couple of players will do it but they cannot let this drag all summer because Chelsea/ City and even Bayern (even though I doubt he'll go to Germany) will pounce in.

I think if he absolutely wants to go to Real, we should drop the pursuit. Fantastic player and all, but I wonder if it's a dead investment, to conjure up 40 or so m for a player who we hope will run our team for the next decade, but he continues to have stars in his eyes, and dreams of Real. I dont want us to spend all this money and then three years later he requests a transfer. We might make a profit on a sale, but I'm worried we'll build our attack around him and then are destabilised again. Of course, all hypothetical, but just hope this doesn't become a Cristiano like saga. Sanchez just seems more practical. Not to mention versatile. Of course, I believe this 45m needs to be spent on other areas of the pitch, but that's another story altogether. Good move for business nonetheless.

Tiago was worth 5 mil last year, he has a year left on his contract and we extended the loan last year knowing this. This means we did Atletico a favor (albeit a small one), throwing Tiago in and offering them 35 mil would do it. Its between us and the rich boys in the EPL and I have a feeling we've got the edge this time.
